Pursuant to the Turkish Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data ("KVKK"), Luvia Botanik Sanayi Dış Ticaret Limited Şirketi (hereinafter "Luvia Botanik" or the "Company"), acting as data controller, attaches great importance to the protection of the personal data of the users who visit our website (www.luviabotanic.com and www.luviabotanik.com.tr).

This Privacy Notice explains for which purposes the personal data obtained during your visits to our website is processed, to whom and for which purposes it may be transferred, how it is collected, on which legal grounds it is based, and which rights you have.

3. To Whom and for Which Purposes Personal Data May Be Transferred

Your personal data is under no circumstances shared with third parties for commercial or advertising purposes. Solely for the achievement of the purposes stated above, your data may be transferred:

to our business partners and suppliers (the IT companies from which services are procured) for the hosting of our website and the provision of technical infrastructure services,

Pursuant to Article 11 of the KVKK, by applying to Luvia Botanik you may exercise the following rights regarding your personal data:

If it has been processed, to request information about such processing,
To learn the purpose of the processing and whether your data is used in accordance with that purpose,
To know the third parties to whom your personal data is transferred, in Türkiye or abroad,
To request the correction of your personal data if it has been processed incompletely or inaccurately,
To request the erasure or destruction of your personal data under the conditions set out in Article 7 of the Law,
To object to a result arising to your detriment through the analysis of the processed data exclusively by automated systems,
To claim compensation for damages incurred as a result of the unlawful processing of your personal data.

To exercise your rights under the Law, to submit your questions or to obtain information, you may send your applications in writing to our company's official email address or to our registered business address, our head office in İzmir. Your applications will be concluded free of charge within 30 (thirty) days at the latest, depending on the nature of the request.
